I’m having a blast reviewing all of these cleaning resources for you. It’s made me search high and low to actually find new products that may be of interest to you. Well, I found one recently called Simple Clean that some of you are just going to love.
Simply Clean: Homemade Cleaning Product Recipes
If you’re looking for a way to incorporate homemade green cleaning into your routine, this is the book for you. I’ve personally been wanting to look into the benefits of using antiseptic oils herbs when cleaning but really haven’t wanted to spend the time. Thankfully, there’s a thorough yet concise description in this book. There’s even a summary chart! Short and sweet summaris are my love language.
The homemade cleaner recipes are categorized by room in this book. That way of categorizing can certainly be helpful when cleaning. However, I would have preferred the table of contents list each recipe for easy scanning. Not a big deal, but certainly something I would recommend changing in a future revision.
Also, the author mentions that you could probably search for most of the recipes online (including right here on i Dream of Clean). However, a listing of green cleaning products you can make at home packaged into one handy location is very convenient!
