Stock your fridge with...cheese? *Giveaway*

A couple of weeks ago I mentioned that Sargento is helping us “thin out” our lives, whether it’s meals, closets, or bad habits and allowing us to win prizes in the process! I cleared unwanted foods from my fridge to make smart food choices easier to find (and I hope you did too!).

Having a spotless fridge, combined with our first year participating in a CSA, we’ve been able to fill the refrigerator with super healthy food. Since the broccoli has been especially bountiful in our CSA, I checked the Sargento website and found a recipe perfect for adding a little kick to the veggies: Best Ever Broccoli & Cheese Sauce.

The recipe calls for Sargento® Bistro®Blends Shredded Nacho & Taco Cheese which probably would make it the best cheese sauce ever. Can you say flavor?! But, I only had Sargento Ultra Thin Swiss on hand so I used that.

It may not have the nacho kick, but it was delicious! And since it only has 45 calories or fewer per slice, I didn’t feel guilty for adding a little pizzaz to the veggies! I might have felt a little guilty for eating the other half of the package slice by slice…but I won’t mention that. Nope…sure won’t.
