Have you ever noticed that the most polished, stylish person can be wearing the cutest clothes, have the most up to date accessories, and the trendiest hairstyle, but when it’s not accompanied with a smile, it all goes to waste? On the opposite side of the spectrum, one can be wearing a ratty t-shirt and old jeans but look impeccable when it’s accessorized with a smile.
There’s something about a smile that makes you sit up straighter and stand taller. It brightens your mood and those around you. A smile can make you beautiful!
Because of that, we should want to keep our teeth clean and healthy, right?
I’ve mentioned a time or two how much I love to brush my teeth (seriously, I do and I know it’s weird) and I think I’ve passed that excitement on to my oldest son (hopefully it will stick with him!).
What I’m not so great at doing when it comes to oral care is flossing and using mouth rinse.
So when I was asked to participate in the Listerine Oral Care Challenge I was pumped! What I need is accountability to floss…after all, flossing is great for your teeth, gums, and even heart disease, right?
The Listerine Oral Care Challenge Details:
- Brush & rinse 2 times per day.
- Floss 1 times per day.
- Continue for 3 weeks.
- Get the entire family in on the challenge.
We have all the supplies needed and even a handy calendar to chart our progress. Nothing like a visual reminder for the kiddos, right?
Want to join along? Find out details at Listerine.com.
I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Listerine and received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for taking the time to participate.
